At Rod Armour, we build gear that's meant to last a lifetime. If yours doesn't live up to that, or you simply change your mind, we'll make it right.
Our promise

Our 90-day goodwill promise sits in addition to your statutory rights. It doesn't replace or reduce them.
Fit Guarantee
Every Rod Armour sleeve and cover is built to fit its intended use. Try it on your reel, rod, or lure setup. If it doesn't sit right, email support@rodarmour.com and we'll help with fit advice, replacement options, store credit, or a return.
Tip: Rod Armour sleeves are adjustable. Roll the sleeve inside itself to dial in the fit before deciding whether to send it back.
How to start a return
- Email support@rodarmour.com with your order number.
- Tell us whether you want a refund, store credit, replacement, legal-guarantee support, or fit help.
- We'll reply within 1–2 business days with a prepaid return label and instructions.
- Pop the item back in its original packaging and post it using the label.
Please don't post anything back before receiving return instructions — this helps us track your return and process it correctly.

Our returns facility is in Dublin — one hub for both UK and EU customers.
Return condition
Items should be returned in original condition and packaging where possible. You can inspect the goods as you would in a shop. We may reduce the refund if handling beyond that reduces the value of the goods.
Items we can't take back
Gift cards, custom-sized products, and items marked as final sale. This doesn't affect your legal rights if an item is faulty, damaged, wrong, not as described, or otherwise covered by mandatory consumer law.
Damaged, faulty, wrong, or not-as-described goods
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, wrong, or not as described, email support@rodarmour.com with your order number and photos where helpful. We'll make it right at no cost to you. Depending on the issue, that may mean repair, replacement, refund, store credit, price reduction, or another remedy required by law.
Refund timing
Once your return reaches us and we've checked it over, we'll refund the original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment method, funds usually take 3–8 business days to appear after we process the refund.
Statutory withdrawal / cancellation refunds (see the UK and EU statutory sections below) follow the legal timeframes.
For UK customers — your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights under UK law. You have rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. These rights exist regardless of our policy and can't be limited or removed.
14-day cooling-off period. You have the right to cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving your goods. You then have a further 14 days to send the item back. We'll refund you within 14 days of getting the returned goods back, using your original payment method.
Short-term right to reject (faulty goods). If your item is faulty, not fit for purpose, or not as described, you're entitled to a full refund within 30 days of delivery. After 30 days and up to 6 months, we'll first attempt a repair or replacement; if that doesn't resolve it, you're entitled to a full refund. After 6 months, you may still have rights if you can show the fault was present at sale.

For EU customers — your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits the mandatory consumer rights you have in your country. You have rights under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and the EU Sale of Goods Directive (2019/771) as implemented in your country.
14-day right of withdrawal. You have the right to withdraw from an online order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. After telling us that you're withdrawing, you then have 14 days to send the goods back. To withdraw, email support@rodarmour.com with your order number and a clear statement that you want to cancel — or use the model withdrawal form below.
Refund of withdrawal. We'll refund eligible payments using your original payment method within 14 days after we receive the returned goods or you provide evidence that you sent them back. Where required by law, this includes the standard delivery cost you paid for the original order — any extra cost for a premium delivery option may not be refundable.
2-year legal guarantee. EU consumers have a minimum 2-year legal guarantee for goods that are faulty, not as described, or don't work as expected. The 2-year guarantee starts when you receive the goods. National laws in your country may give you extra protection — including a 1-year burden-of-proof presumption (extendable to 2 years in some member states). You may be entitled to repair, replacement, price reduction, refund, or another remedy required by law. These rights apply in addition to our 90-day goodwill returns policy.

Out-of-court dispute resolution. If we can't resolve a dispute directly, EU consumers can contact the European Consumer Centres Network (ECC-Net) in their country of residence for free assistance with cross-border consumer disputes: ec.europa.eu/consumers/ecc/. Your national consumer-protection authority may also offer free alternative dispute resolution (ADR) services.
Nothing in our policies, product pages, promotions, warranties, or support process limits or reduces the mandatory consumer rights you have in your country.
