These Terms cover what happens when you shop with Rod Armour on intl.rodarmour.com. Placing an order means you agree to these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms limits or reduces mandatory consumer rights that apply in your country.

Placing an order

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept your order when we send the order-confirmation email or otherwise confirm acceptance through Shopify.

We may refuse or cancel an order if: - Payment isn't authorised. - A product is unavailable. - There's a clear pricing or product-information error. - The order appears fraudulent or abusive. - We're legally required to refuse the order.

If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we'll refund the cancelled amount.

Product information

We aim to describe Rod Armour products clearly and accurately. Product images, sizing information, compatibility notes, FAQs, and fit guidance are provided to help you choose the right product. Minor differences in colour, packaging, or finish can occur due to screen settings, product updates, or production batches. These differences don't affect your statutory rights where goods are faulty, not as described, or don't work as expected.

Prices, taxes, and duties

For EU customers: prices are shown in EUR and include applicable EU import VAT, customs, and handling charges. No additional duties or taxes are due on delivery — we absorb them.

If a pricing error is obvious and could reasonably have been recognised as a mistake, we may contact you to reconfirm the order at the correct price or cancel the order for a full refund.

Payment

Payment methods are shown at checkout. Payment is processed by Shopify and the payment providers available on the store: Shopify Payments, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, or other enabled methods. We don't see or store your full card number.

Delivery

See our Shipping Policy (/policies/shipping-policy) for current delivery costs, packing times, delivery estimates, and the Arrival Guarantee.

Most orders are packed within 1 business day. Estimated delivery after packing is 3–21 business days. Most orders arrive within about 6 business days after dispatch.

Risk in the goods passes to you when the goods are delivered to you or to a person you nominate to receive them, subject to mandatory consumer law.

EU default delivery time: under EU consumer rules, if no different delivery time is agreed with you, goods should be delivered within 30 days of the order date. Our shipping estimate of 3–21 business days is the delivery timeframe we're agreeing with you for this store.

Returns, withdrawal, and refunds

Nothing in these Terms cuts into the mandatory consumer rights you have under the laws of your country.

Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) you have a 14-day right of withdrawal (see Returns Policy). Under the EU Sale of Goods Directive (2019/771) as implemented in your country, you have a minimum 2-year legal guarantee for goods that are faulty, not as described, or don't work as expected — including the right to repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund where applicable. National laws in your country may give you extra protection.

Out-of-court dispute resolution. EU consumers can contact the European Consumer Centres Network (ECC-Net) in their country of residence for free assistance with cross-border consumer disputes: ec.europa.eu/consumers/ecc/. National consumer-protection authorities may also offer free ADR services.


If something is wrong

If your order arrives faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose, email support@rodarmour.com within 30 days of delivery. We'll put it right at no cost to you.

Account, website, and acceptable use

You must not use the store in a way that's unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or intended to disrupt the website, checkout, payment systems, apps, or other customers. You must provide accurate order, delivery, and contact information. You're responsible for checking your delivery address before placing an order.

Intellectual property

Everything on intl.rodarmour.com — the Rod Armour name, logo, product designs, images, videos, text, layout, and other store content — belongs to Techtaalik Pty Ltd or its licensors and is protected under UK, EU, Australian, and international copyright, trade-mark, and design law. You may browse and buy from the store for personal or business use. You must not copy, reproduce, sell, scrape, reverse engineer, or reuse store content, product designs, or brand assets without written permission.

Reviews, photos, and user content

If you submit a review, photo, video, testimonial, or other content to Rod Armour or through a review platform, you confirm that the content is accurate, lawful, and yours to share. You grant Rod Armour permission to use that content for customer support, review display, product improvement, and marketing unless you ask us not to, subject to applicable law and the review platform's settings.

Limits on liability

Rod Armour is responsible for losses that are a foreseeable result of our breach of these Terms or our negligence. Our liability to you for losses arising from a sale is limited to the amount you paid for the goods, except where the law doesn't allow liability to be limited (including death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, and except where mandatory consumer-protection laws in your country provide stronger protection). Nothing in these Terms limits or reduces mandatory consumer rights that apply in your country.

If a delay or issue is caused by events outside Rod Armour's reasonable control, we'll contact you where practical and take reasonable steps to reduce the impact on your order.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the bottom of this page shows when. The Terms that apply to an order are the Terms in force when the order is placed, unless a change is required by law or agreed with you.

Governing law and disputes

For EU customers: the mandatory consumer-protection laws of the EU country in which you live continue to apply regardless of any choice of governing law in these Terms. You may bring a claim in the courts of your country where applicable consumer law allows.
