Shipping policy
Rod Armour ships orders for the United Kingdom through our fulfilment partner. Every parcel includes tracking from dispatch to delivery.
Shipping rates
- Free shipping applies on orders over £40.
- Orders under £40 ship for a flat rate of £4.99.
- Any additional shipping options for your address are shown at checkout.
All UK VAT and customs costs are included. No extra charges are due on delivery.
Dispatch and tracking
Most orders are packed within 1 business day, and tracking is emailed as soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse.
- Carrier: Royal Mail.
- Estimated delivery: 2-12 business days after dispatch.
Address changes
If your order has not shipped yet, email support@rodarmour.com as soon as possible and we will update the shipping address for you.
Returns
We offer prepaid returns for 90 days. If you need to start a return, contact our support team with your order number and we will send the correct prepaid label and instructions for your location.
Refunds are processed once the return is received and inspected. Depending on your bank or payment method, funds usually appear within 3 to 8 business days.
